Preferences
Configure currency, distributors, and account-wide defaults.
Navigate to Account → Preferences to configure account-wide defaults. Settings here apply to all projects unless overridden at the project level.
Preferences Tab
- Preferred currency — sets the display currency for all price data across projects.
- Preferred distributors — select the distributors you want to include in matching. Leave all unchecked to allow any distributor. Projects can narrow this list further via Project Settings.
- Auto-lock parts — when enabled, a BOM line is automatically locked after you select or swap a part. This prevents accidental re-matching of finalised lines. Recommended for production BOMs.
Click Save preferences after making changes.
Usage Tab
A personal statistics dashboard showing:
- Total projects created (all-time)
- Total BOM lines across all projects
- Matched lines and match rate percentage
- AI Assist and AI Advisor usage (this month and all-time)
- Estimated time saved metric
NL Presets Tab
A visual editor for custom filter presets.
Create presets using one or more conditions:
- Fields: Reference, Value, Footprint, MPN, Manufacturer, Category, Stock, Price, Match Type, Locked
- Operators: equals, not equals, contains, less than, greater than, is null, is not null, and others
- Highlight only mode — toggle per preset
Presets can be reordered using the ↑↓ buttons. Order determines the sequence they appear as chips in the BOM table filter bar. Changes to presets apply across all projects immediately.

Enter your current password, new password, and confirmation.
