7.3 We will not use your BOM data, matched results, or project data for any purpose other than providing the service to you, unless you have given explicit consent or we are required to by law.

7.4 Without prejudice to our other rights, if you breach any provision of these terms and conditions, we may delete, unpublish, or edit any or all of your content.

8. Third-Party Data and Pricing

8.1 BOMExplorer retrieves component pricing, stock, and availability data from third-party providers including OEMSecrets, DigiKey, Mouser, and others. This data is provided for informational purposes only.

8.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing, stock, or availability data retrieved from third-party providers. Prices and stock levels displayed in BOMExplorer may differ from those available at the point of purchase from a distributor.

8.3 BOMExplorer is not a purchasing platform. We do not facilitate or process component purchases, and we are not responsible for any losses arising from purchasing decisions made on the basis of data displayed in the service.

9. AI Features

9.1 BOMExplorer includes AI-powered features (AI Assist and AI Advisor) that use large language models to assist with component matching and comparison. These features are provided as tools to assist your decision-making, not as a substitute for it.

9.2 AI-generated suggestions and comparisons may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it.

9.3 Use of AI features is subject to usage quotas as described on the Billing page. Quota limits may change from time to time with notice.

10. Limited Warranties

10.1 We do not warrant or represent:

  • the completeness or accuracy of the information published on our website;
  • that the material on the website is up to date;
  • that the website will operate without fault; or
  • that the website or any service on the website will remain available.

10.2 We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any or all of our website services, and to stop publishing our website, at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation. Save to the extent expressly provided otherwise in these terms and conditions, you will not be entitled to any compensation or other payment upon the discontinuance or alteration of any services.
